Good Things Do Happen

After my post last night I was a little bummed as far as facing a weekend with no dough and even though we have food it's slim pickings for a decent healthy meal. Hubby and I were getting used to getting paid every other Friday with the way my checks were falling.

Would you believe it? Just when I was most desperate and thinking about charging $20 worth of groceries to get us through the weekend (and paying it back right away Monday). I got my first ever Vindale Research check in the mail today for doing online surveys! That's $50 I can deposit tomorrow and use a little buy groceries to last until Monday.

That check is really earmarked for debt reduction and it will be used that way after I get paid.

Yeehaw! I feel rich. Not lottery rich, but rich.
