Funny thing is I used to love to exercise. I used to even be good at it. Yeah, I recently decided to take off all of the weight I had gained. Seemed easy enough, eat right, drink lots of water and (the dreaded) exercise.
I bought this nifty Swiss Ball workout book to use with my aerobic ball I sit on at my computer. I chose the "beginner 20 minute workout" since I had not been active in a while (does TV channel surfing count?). I seriously thought I was going to be sick (mental note, wait a little longer after dinner next time).
40 minutes later and I feel pretty defeated. I'm certain I will need the next 48 hours to psych myself up again as well as recover. Please tell me this get's easier!
